The link for the Fall Transportation Form for the 23/24 School Year is now available for completion. You can access the link on the Vandals App, our website, or your email. Please fill out the form by July 15th with as much detail as possible, in order to help us get your child set up for Transportation. With the shortage of drivers, we may have to rework routes. Also, due to the number of students on late buses, we will need all eligible Pre-k through 4th grade students to ride the early buses regardless of older siblings. Sorry for this inconvenience. Please help us start the school year out with the least amount of confusion as possible. Also, a reminder if you live within 1.5 miles without an approved hazardous area you are not eligible for transportation. If you have any questions, please call the transportation line after August 1st at 618-283-8135. This gives us time to work through and set up all of our district students’ transportation. Thank you, your help is greatly appreciated! Enjoy your summer! https://forms.gle/dUCDtWqpYHZo3w2t8

Terri Davison spent her career at VES welcoming students, staff, parents, and families in our office for many years. In her memory, we would like to purchase a bench to place in the secure vestibule that will be utilized next year. If you are interested in donating, please write a check out to VES and write "memorial" in the subject line. You may drop it off during open office hours or mail it to VES directly prior to July 1. Please contact Dana Bivens with any questions: dbivens@vandals203.org

Cookie Dough Pickup Pickup Date: Thursday, May 18, 2023 Pickup Time: 3:30 p.m. – 6 p.m. Location: VES Gymnasium (This is for all VES and VJHS orders.) Instructions: Parents and/or guardians are asked to park in the parking lot that is located off of Veterans Ave. directly behind VES and enter using the rear VES entrance. Please, park in the parking spaces- NOT the drive way that is close to the school. This is to ensure that everyone stays safe. We realize that some may have large orders. We will be prepared to help you get the items to your car. *NO ONE is allowed into the school for early pickup. VES uses the rear hallway to dismiss a majority of their students (pickup and bus riders). All items are delivered frozen, and therefore, they need to be distributed to the buyer immediately. There is not enough freezer space at the school to keep the items. If you cannot make pickup on the required day and during the given time frame, we ask that you find someone who can help you. Any questions can be directed to Molly Braun at vandaliapto@gmail.com or 618-322-6187.
