Vandalia Elementary School will be pre-registering students entering Kindergarten during the 25-26 school year.
Children must be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2025, to enter Kindergarten for next school year.
Instead of in-person registration, you may drop off the forms listed below anytime during normal working hours at the VES office between now and May 1, 2025.

There will be No Pre-K Classes. Also, there will be no school on Monday, February 17th in observance of President's Day. School will resume on Tuesday, February 18th.

If your student is in grades K,2nd, 6th, or 9th grade and is not compliant with the State of Illinois requirements for a dental exam, this program is a great program to take advantage of. It is a free program for all students. You can either sign up online with the QR code below or obtain a copy of the form from the district nurses.
